If anyone has any info on the updated Job Knowledge Test used during recruitment, I'd love to here from you. Looking for test format (written, multiple choice etc) and some sample questions. Basically anything that would help prepare for my up-coming interview.

Went through the past 6 months or so of this thread. Loads of great company info, but nothing regarding the new test format.

Any help is appreciated!

I'm in the same boat as TheBroon. I've looked at Aviationinterviews not sure how accurate that is. Does anybody have the study material that's sent out by compass to prepare for the interview?

Thanks bunch

AA Benefits?

Has anybody gotten them to work as per the memo?
The memo IMO was poorly written and incorrect. I have only one parent listed so far and the listing process asks for a credit card at purchase - NOT how the memo mentioned emailing TSH 3 business days prior.

That's correct. It states that parents will pay when making a listing.

Has anyone been hired through an on-site interview? I'd love to hear from ya :)

AviationInterviews.com gives a pretty good gouge on the technical test. I studied the ATP written minus any questions that referred to a graph or required calculation. I felt pretty confident during the test. Starting orientation tomorrow....

I heard that they omitted some or all of the stuff and just had a board interview. Maybe find someone that would confirm that before choosing "not to study". But heard no aviation knowledge or congitive or psych.

God I hope not. That will for sure bring down the quality of new hires we attract. Our image has already been taken down a notch by combining us with the other 3 in the ATP program. Why not just hire over the phone and call us Mesa.

I've tried to reach out to jamie.king and pilothiring and got no response
