They designed that way on purpose. You get priority on your own metal, AA mgmt knows that and it also affects them. They invented a system that helps them travel on YOUR planes with as little consequences as possible having a lower boarding priority than you do.

Does anyone in your recruiting department know about that typo? I know it is just APC, but how can you take a company seriously if there is a typo on the damn advertisement?

Delta benefits

Hi all, quick question about our delta benefits (I'm new). On delta net, I have put the people I want on there and what not. If they choose to go on a flight is it a guaranteed pass or is it standby? If its standby, is there a way to get a for sure ride, such as pay partial ticket price? Also if it is standby are there any cost involved, beside extra baggage and stuff?

Thanks, and any advice you all have gathered would be appreciated, its all so unclear.

Standby. Only way to confirm is buy an actual ticket. No fly confirmed for less or fly confirmed for even less for us

Fly confirmed for less is a joke. Jetblue is usually cheaper full fare!

You do know Compass is run by TSH right? It can't be that surprising.

Where are the new hires getting based and how are the upgrade times?

This question is answered on nearly every page in this thread.

That being said:

LAX fo sho, maybe SEA as a new hire. MSP more senior.

Upgrade probably 1.5-2.5 years for someone starting today.

Seriously though, go back 50 pages and catch up, there is some good info if you're considering CPZ.

It would be nice if they mentioned boarding priority on AE flights operated by Compass. I'm sure it's just above buddy passes. No thanks.

Latest info I have from TSH employee travel is that we are now above D3 (buddy passes). We were supposed to be below them until a recent update from American.
