Ive been reading this thread for a while now. Because of my situation, making a lateral move to CPZ would actually make sense (better qol). The issue with this is that I currently work for one of the sister company and lets say it is not the best one of the three. I am happy here like the flying, like the people but this move would actually make sense. My question is.... How hard is it to move Between companies? Would I be on a bad standing with my old company? Would they care? Anybody done this move? Thanks in adavance for all the advice LE |
