I never said that at all. What I said is that the info that is out there may or may not be relative to the new test, which is indeed new and completely different from the old one. They used to send out a study guide but I don't know if the company still does that or not with the new process. Just trying to warn the guy that's all. No sense trying to prepare for a cognitive test if it is not given anymore and if you read the gouge it is mentioned all over the place as it is the one test that most guys worried about.
What's the best way to prepare for the written if they're not sending out study materials anymore? |

Hey just a thought on trying to volunteer, with the amount of flow pilots leaving I am sure there has been some major turnover in the different committees. I would suggest trying some of the different committee members phone numbers or if you know someone who is doing union work talk to them they might know who to talk to.

Passed my upgrade LOE yesterday. Any idea what the wait is for upgrade OE after the CELL class?

On a side note, if I pick up a trip that ends on a day that I start another one, all 117 legal, and both are paid the four hour min day pay will I be credited with 8 hours for the day or will the system see this and consolidate the credit? |

Apparently so...I tried to drop a 4 day and pick up a 3 day over the same footprint except for 1 day different obviously and it was denied due to reserve coverage. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
Just got a response from CP trip trades:
Section 25, pg. 38; G.3 g. Denial of Swap(s) or Drop(s) The Company will not deny a Schedule Adjustment Request unless it violates the Agreement, the FARs, or the provisions listed below: (3) A swap or drop request will be granted unless its approval would result in an inadequate level of Reserve coverage on any day that the dropped Trip operates. |
