You do know who Endeavor is right? First year pay is $42,700 then second is in the low 50's... Those who want it are getting MSP out of training.

In reality your hourly pay rate is still $25 and the $20K bonus is a bandaid. I interviewed at Pinnacolaba and in their newsletter (sitting in the waiting area) it said the satisfaction rate was with the company was at 40%. If you want to carry 20lbs of paper charts with you, fly to places like Traverse City, MI, and be on a cdo schedule or eternal reserve then you should deff go there.
