Hotel right now for training is Towne place Bloomington. Very nice.

For initial hire training? Single or dual occupancy?

Thanks!

Nah, the majority of Compass pilots don't even post on here or look at this thread. It would be nice if the alpa forums got a bit more active though, no one should be going to this thread for contract related issues

This!

But many on property now probably have hardly ever been on the ALPA website unfortunately.

I am done with this. Good luck to you sir.

Just out of curiosity, how does changing from United to Delta colors fix the fact that there are not enough pilots in the Republic seniority list to fly them? Won't they just immediately be sued by United in the same way that they are being sued by Delta?

His theory not mine so don't shoot the messenger:
He thinks all delta flying goes away. E-145s retired would leave them with quite a few guys lying around. If all the FOs don't jump ship when they announce they're shrinking.

No shooting of the messenger from me. I was genuinely curious about how he was expecting RAH to get around that issue. I am curious to see what is coming but not anxious to see Compass take another airlines airframes and jobs.

Any advice on what to study for the interview written exam? is it very tough?

AVIATOR3 12-07-2015 05:35 PM

A few questions!

1. Where does Compass send new pilots to do their ATP-CPT?

2. Is there single occupancy hotels during training?

3. How senior is Minneapolis?

So republic kinda took over the thread! Let's see if we can get it back on topic.

Not sure where they get sent for ATP CPT because I didn't have to do it.

However they advertise double occupancy but a lot of us got our own rooms. My class and the two classes after got their own rooms. So it just depends if you get lucky only single rooms were left when I got there. The hotel is very very nice you even have a kitchen to cook if you desire and they take you to target or walmart to shop if you want to get supplies. I was impressed with the accommodation!

MSP is the most senior base. Hardest to get but Im guessing in a few months you should be able to get it. Cant give you an exact time because its dependent on alot of variables
