I believe it has never been allowed. Back in March FLICA was allowing the dropping of reserve days if the grid was green but they must have fixed that glitch.

Build up lineholders have been able to drop reserve days on green days. Just make sure its not over 6 days of work and that there isn't going to be just one lone day of reserve anywhere. Reserve lineholders no can do.

I came across on PassRider.com that United is starting a LAX-DFW-LAX route. And they're using E7W. It says operated by SKW

Those are just overnights... Many legs go through LAX without it being a base right now in the system on the Ejet
