Hello everyone! A new guy here. Any ideas on how many classes are running every month? Are they offering any bonus for new hires? Training contract? How does the traveling benefits work for the family? How senior are the bases? Do they offer any options for interview (Skype)? Salary and perdiem in training? QOL and schedules?.... Sorry for all of this questions! and thanks in advance!

Classes of ten every week.

No new hire bonus anymore. It was translated into higher pay rates a couple months ago.

No training contract.

Travel benefits with DL and AA. You're priority is below all mainline(active and retired) and above buddy passes, you get a seat in seniority order.

LAX is still junior. I'm not sure about SEA. MSP is attainable within a couple months off IOE.

All interviews are face to face. I believe they will provide you with transportation to and from the interview, along with a hotel.

Training pay is min guarantee of 75 hours. First year pay is $36/hour. You'll only receive per diem if your training takes place other than in MSP.

Thank you for the quick response Gjn290. What are the minimum days off? Do you have any idea on crashpad cost in LAX? Is Compass approved for electronic charts and manuals?

11 off on a 30 day month, 12 off on a 31 day month.

I'd say an average Crashpad runs between $300-350 a month. That's for cold beds. Compass does provide four hotel rooms a month for commuters.

Yes, we have iPad Air's and use LIDO charts and Comply365 for the manuals.

Seattle FO has still gone to some people out of training however overall the base is more senior than LA, you'll spend more time on reserve in SEA than you will in LAX, so if you want to get a line quick LAX is the place. People used to complain a lot about the LIDO charts but I got over it awhile ago, they aren't that bad.

Does anybody know if our W2's will be available on paycor and when?

Could someone tell me what it means when you try to swap out of open time but get a denied message saying "CS: > max duty schedule dec 6th". Thanks I don't see how early December could be affecting me

Call or email scheduling to clarify with them

That's called a Flicaism...had stuff like that all the time at my old carrier. I'd call and they would have no idea what it meant.

Can anyone from Compass tell me if they mail paper W2s to people that are no longer with the Company? Can't remember my ADP login and I'm guessing it is deactivated anyway...
