I’d say use RosterBuster but it only exports to LogTen, made life extremely easy...

Hopefully you do realize that is a toxic fume from burning engine oil that should probably be written up.

So some real talk. What are some hard hitting questions we can ask on the company call tomorrow. I personally want to know why CS is so stuck up about refusing to discuss the reserve buffers. Not only will they not tell you what it is, but they become borderline hostile when we ask. That is not ok and very shady on their part.

I mean I still want an explanation of what planning went into the hiring freeze because it seems like everyone knew it was stupid except the company, and now we pilots took a huge qol hit with red days and lose of vacation, and also the company is bleeding money. This puts the company in a pretty bad spot to compete with Skywest and Envoy when the contract bid reopens.

I asked about the reserve buffers last call and Bob told me he would look into it and get back about it. I'll be flying, but please someone bring it up.

I did not know that, but I really appreciate the info! Kind of alarming. Next time there will definitely be a write up.
Thanks for the knowledge

Can anyone confirm if they have recently heard of anyone being "put to rest" after serving a portion of RAP 1 or AR 1 only to come back and work late into the night?

Bob also said he would look into this...
