So you want me to fly fatigued so you don’t get junior manned?

In fact they even wanted to have Compass furlough but Compass management refused to do so and as a result AT decided to cancel all new hire classes in the spring. Against the advice of Compass management.
See this is what I'm saying doesn't make sense. The cost of an overstaffed compass is way lower than just a few months of 17.5k bonuses. I don't know what business would allow a guy like AT ( if he's truly at fault) to remain employeed after losing so much money and possibly losing future contracts.

Yeah those guys should definitely fly fatigued instead just so a reserve doesn't get called out.

Oh I can give you an update on this! “We’re still looking into it” . I can’t believe anybody actually still listens to those useless calls..........we must have a really bored pilot group, lol.

I can’t tell if your being sarcastic.

But yes AT does outrank CP management. He is a holdings director, it’s just how it goes.

As for the reserve buffer question.

The decision was made by scheduling not to publish these because they are currently into a grievance with AFA over the buffer. So they don’t want to make AFA upset by publishing the buffers to us and not them.

The decision to withhold was made by Tranny Corporate not scheduling,it has less to do with AFA and more to do with known issues with the LSY system (shocking) and how it formulates the grid numbers. FLICA will be making its return once the takeover by the Spanish word for table is completed. IAD and ATL will go junior.

Someone please ask how we plan to stay competitive with the wholly-owned & other contract airlines offering better compensation ($) and benefits (medical, vision, employee travel, etc).

AT is a yes man. He has little ability to think for himself and even if you provide sound arguments that what he is about to do is wrong, he stares at you with a blank, "no one is home" stare. He literally has no idea what he is doing.
