Negotiating individually outside of the CBA is a no no and undercuts us as a group. Ask your union rep for details.

So, did you still pick it up at 150%?
If so, why would they give 200?
You have to be willing to tell them no if they won't pay 200%. If enough do that, they'll find a way to pay 200%.
But guys here are tripping over themselves for 150% still! Stop it!!

GoJets has been offering 300% pay for months now. Once Compass Pilots wise up and quit picking up 150% offerings, its a very short matter of time before 200% or more becomes available.

Agreed. Every call to scheduling to pick up any of the half dozen or more critical trips that pop up each day should be Let's Make A Deal time.

First off, if someone wants to pick up at 150% then so be it. We aren't in contract negotiations. People have families to feed. Yes I refused when they did not give me 200% on a couple occasions and I'm sure they found someone else. We aren't that short yet on captains. Yes we are short, but not nearly as bad as I've seen at my last airline and other current airlines. When we start cancelling flights for no pilots, then we are short. The pot will sweeten itself on its own, until then don't give people crap for making money. Or trying to build time to get the hell out of this place

Do people realize just how close we are to getting much better overtime pay? Very close. We'd have it in a week if flights weren't picked up in a matter of minutes. You think them buying back vacations isn't a sign of desperation? Come on now. Families to feed? Lol.

Just wait till next month when we switch to the Lufthansa bidding and dispatching software. It's gonna be a complete and total goat rope.
