OTS applications should still be processed as before under this program. So OTS is still possible like before.
Anyone still got their DGI info sheet from the interview floating around?
I would imagine we will get a memo or email about the details soon. Either from the company or ALPA.

I wonder how often they look at the apps? As I recall, the requirements for an invite were something like 3 years at CPZ, a Captain, 4 year degree, and in good standing? Similar to what 9E has. So if for some reason someone doesnt fall in those requirements, are they reviewed monthly, annually????

The point about DGI vs. simply having the app scored definitely needs to be clarified.
Delta scores apps once a year. So if it's scored now that Delta got the list, this starts everyone's one year clock. Keep in mind that it will take them a while to go through the list and score everyone, as it's surely a couple of hundred people at least (I'm too lazy to look it up in the seniority list ). It's all scored by hand.

Actually that doesn't sound like DGI. I wasn't on the call, but what I'm reading here is that Compass sent the list of eligible pilots to Delta, and they scored it. There is no guarantee of an invitation in this process. As someone else said, it's like going to a job fair. In other words, OTS, only with help getting your app scored. Doesn't matter if you're CA or FO, it's your app standing on its own. And yes we had a few FOs already go to Delta.

The last July of 2015 hire is number 305 on the last Seniority list.

For whatever it is, it’s at least good news. And please, whoever CPZ pilots heading to Delta training, don’t flip off your instructors! Please
