Compass better seriously step it up. Latest I'm hearing from my former shop is pretty big raises; in both seats; that will eventually top EV as well as many QOL improvements without giving up anything. I guess we have the left coast, but if you want a fatter check, no reason to come here.

How high does regional pay have to get before it's not saving mainline anything?... I mean... can we just call this little experiment a day and just get absorbed into mainline???
