If it is a merger and list integration, you wouldn't start over. I'm sure there would be a seat lock on the 175 and -900 and you would retain your DOH pay. If anything, it would be a pay increase. -200 will be fair game to help satisfy their CA problem I'm sure.

I’d welcome a merger with 9E because at least we wouldn’t be out of a job, I’d be able to go back home, and we don’t have to to deal with TSH management.
Is the DCI Vice President quoted somewhere that I can look up where he states 3 regionals? Not denying it, just want to have solid proof to ask BG how he's going to protect our jobs in 2020.

Nothing public as it is not official but talking to a lot of higher ups at SouthernJets, it seems to be the same dialogue.

Damn. well either way we should put pressure on him. We've given up so much for them, and they put us in a terrible position where we appear weak and disposable. We are reaching a point where they need to give us some security or expect a mass exodus.

I don't think they view us as disposable. Delta loves taking our pilots, if they wanted the 175, I think they would take us with them. It just makes more sense. Really everyone wins. Eventually 9E will start running thin on applicants. Whilst they aren't yet, they will in the next year or two. This would mitigate having to staff 36 airplanes, creating a whole training program, training pilots, etc. They have enough FOs but are still short CAs.

Again, it's all just speculation but I still believe anything is better than the TSH hammer that we live under.

So I’m supposed to sit ready reserve for 5 hours before my 3 leg day now because CS chose not to notify me my first flight was delayed 6 hours.

Can’t wait to time out tonight and lose my SEA PBS awarded trip to be rescheduled into a LAX reserve FO’s shoes for the next 5 days, as is now the routine.

Great way to keep morale up. Definitely referring my pilot buddies.

Forgive me if I'm mistaken, but at that point wouldn't you be better off to apply at a Spirit or Allegiant.... make your paycheck match the paint?
Not what I want at all. This was related to management. To be out from under TSH
