Those pilots don't bid lines. Therefore they aren't jumping ahead of anyone. They only pick up flying. Compass has them based in MSP so they don't have to be paid per diem or given hotel rooms. Since some management guys are commuters if anyone is getting screwed it's them. Carry on.

Sheesh! Who are we hiring! Look at the tone of this forum back a year or more ago. It was mostly all helpful and professional and adults. Now we have posts like this last one about management pilots. And have FOs running to their Chief Pilot tattling on their CAs. Oh brother. Go to Mesa you turds!

Want something done different next flight? De-brief the situation professionally. THAT IS WHY WE HAVE IT ON THE CHECKLIST. Dont go whining to the CP or Pro Stans behind someones back. You will be known as "that FO who..." soon enough. There is already a good half dozen pilots like this (both FO and CA) I know of that I havent even met. A good portion of us have less than 5 years in the airlines. Just relax and learn from each other as a team.

Lets just say, if you have a problem with someone or something they did, use the "debrief items" at the end of a checklist. Thats what its there for. If you dont have the balls to bring it up then dont go calling pro standards or the CP. This tattle tale BS has got to stop. I know there is a small number of these folks out there, but thats too many. We need to stand together and back each other up. 99% of us are good people, its that 1% that make the rounds through the rumor mill.

While we strive to hire professionals, we are still individuals and conflict is inevitable. Pro Stans gives us the opportunity to resolve disputes internally without management involvement. It's non-punitive and neutral. Even personality clashes can lead to a disruption in standards and therefore Pro Stans can and should intervene.
A pilot belonging to a unionized group should never make initial contact with management. If one does then that individual's union leadership should at a minimum council that member on responsibilities associated with union membership.
Either respect the union membership and it's associated protections and responsibilities or get out. I hear SkyWest is hiring.

Let's just say. If the pilot you're with has a beer at the 12 hour mark. That you can be man enough to talk with him/her, rather that tattling like a 10 year old, Isaac.

Maybe tell him this could be a good order?
1)Man up and discuss the problem
2)Pro standards
3)Drink a beer and reflect
4)CP
