Pro Standards = Marriage Counselor. In the middle and unbiased. There to help. Maybe both people take home a pointer or two and learn something new about themselves that they may not have realized or noticed before. Nothing wrong with that.

What's wrong with coming on here to complain? We all know that pretty much every pilots dabbles in this forum so why not complain about people who are cry babies?

There is a difference between coming on here to complain about something and calling someone a rat by name in public and on an aircraft. Professionalism goes both ways and this (or putting graffiti on an airplane) is not becoming of a professional. There are ways to correct the action of a pilot and this is not the way.

Where is your sense of humor in all this. Last time I checked, there is no "graffiti" in the planes that is visible to anyone. I think calling someone out on here is a subtle way of telling that person to grow up and be an adult. But then again I think the average age of our airline is what, 25?!

We have many 21 year old Fo's that started with 1000 hours and a R-ATP. Lots of those I have met are more professional than some of the mid twenty, early 30's folks. Its not really an age thing. I think we all know of an old guy or two who might be the most unprofessional of anyone. Both skill wise, and professionalism.

Oh boy...someone still thinks pilots are the ones putting graffiti on the planes. MX is laughing at this one!
