The only current route I think where we run into issues with the 50nm thing is SEA-FAI. Tho i just looked and it's not as bad as I thought.

Company policy is NO outside 121 or 135 flying. The only possibility is teaching, granted on a case by case basis. (I don't know what would happen if you asked for 91 flying for a private owner in his jet).

Below CAT II mins. In fact it was like 400RVR from what I recall. Not my flight, but I was watching to see if my aircraft would be late later in the day!

Anything pure part 91 should be just fine.... part 91k, 135 or 121 will likely not be ok as it is part of pt117

Mother in law coming to town?

One way would be to consider bidding pairings, then find all the pairings that cover that day and put them in layer 1, then continue with the rest of your bid.

Yeah that's a good idea. Also have the layover at a specific place and date
