So you guys are saying the company is in multiple violations with this new system. Alpa if filing grievances regarding this correct? So does that mean this will go on top of the grievance filed regarding the scheduling issues of last year? I personally think this whole grievance filing is BS and we will never see any outcome of it.

It's not just us on here, the union sent an email last night and even they said there are many contract violations with this new software.

I wish we would have at least gone with Jeppesen instead of Lufty

Im not saying it just everyone on here talking contract violation. My point is, do you really think the company cares about the violations? Do we think the union will do anything about it besides grieve it? At the end of the day, the pilots get shafted as usual and nothing will come of it other than "we grieved this" from the alpa guys. What do you suggest the union do other than grieve it?

If I knew that answer then I wouldn't be on here complaining about it. I just don't like the fact that the union always says "we are grieving it." Seems like that is there go to answer for everything to shut us up

I'm just going to be picking up less open time with this BS software. Not worth the hassle anymore.

That's because that's all they're allowed to do under the RLA

Why have a contract and a union if they do what they want anyways?
