Is there any way know realtime reserve levels to see if the days are green or not? Or is up to the honesty of the schedulers to tell us if it's green or not? They're gonna need more schedulers every shift just to take on the extra work load they're going to lose with FLICA.

I can't even login. The old test version works but I cannot get into the real live version...

There are now 20 schedulers and with the new system there will be dedicated scheduling specialists who will only be dealing with OTM (I think that's what German FLICA is called) and processing trades and drops,so that will take the burden off the supervisors who currently have to do all the trading and swaps as well as run the operation.

Nailed it! What is the point of pay ALPA dues when ALPA doesn't do anything except send us an email every so often saying there is violations and concerns with this software. How about make good use of my and everyone else dues and provide us with some clear information as to what is going on. Give us daily or weekly updates, and show us the contract violations. Isn't that your job as our ALPA union? If it is not then get the heck out or stop making us pay worthless dues!

If you had any idea what our volunteer union guys go through fighting (and usually winning) with one hand tied behind their back by the RLA, you might feel differently. We absolutely need them when dealing with this company, and the grievance process goes a long way towards keeping the company in line, even if the timeline is not to our liking.
Just finished a trip with a union rep and after hearing about all the stuff they really do and the things they are working on believe me compass is a much better place with the union. also they do have a list of compliance issues with the new system and in the words of this new rep "the company will pay for this big time".

I, and likely hundreds of other pilots here, came from a previous airline where "fly it and grieve it" was the standard methodology for dealing with the daily and flagrant contract violations on the company's part. When I first started here, it was refreshing to see that Compass didn't seem to operate that way. Unfortunately, it appears that those days have been over for a while and things are about to get worse.
Congratulations Compass: You are on the verge of becoming a full-blown $hit-tier airline.
