Nailed it! What is the point of pay ALPA dues when ALPA doesn't do anything except send us an email every so often saying there is violations and concerns with this software. How about make good use of my and everyone else dues and provide us with some clear information as to what is going on. Give us daily or weekly updates, and show us the contract violations. Isn't that your job as our ALPA union? If it is not then get the heck out or stop making us pay worthless dues!
So it sounds like they communicated to the group, as you asked.

Yup totally understand that they volunteer their time which is great. But I still feel all of our dues are going towards nothing except pizza lunch ins for new hires...Sorry, just venting about this whole thing cause like most other people, i see this imploding very badly with this new system. Like some said, CPZ used to be an awesome place that everything wanted to come to. Would hate for it to turn into GoJet or TSH

Excellent question. It's possible that the awards are loaded first only for those that need them right away, i.e. for the SCP participants. However, if I don't see my schedule loaded in a day or two for SAP, I'll be even more worried than I'm now!

Yes I'm a built up holder and IOCC works for me just fine so far.

The schedules do show up for those that are participating in the SCP. It seems as if the company loads a database package containing the schedules for the SCP only (called February 2017 Pilot SCP -> 2), and making the open time available only for those that can contractually access it. Therefore, it seems as if Netline only works in stages.
The opentime available also lists all the random open reserve days available that will eventually get assigned to the SCP people which I thought was weird.
This new system is not only 1 step behind Flica, but about 5 steps. It is such a horrible and non-intuitive software and it doesn't provide the birds eye view big picture that flica used to give us.
Not being able to view the reserve grid and reserve availability is also going to give the company more leeway for further contract violations because that transparency that we used to have the right to access is now gone. I've emailed the company too with questions about all this and no response.
