What's with this HAL flow? Is there some concrete truth to any of this or did someone get high and make up yet another rumor?
Is this going by a CA who told an FO that MW was talking to HAL? Is that all we're going by? Guess conference call is in a few days, we'll have to ask and say "pretty please be honest and don't lie anymore for once".

I wanna know why FTN616 said our training department is complete garbage.
Had zero issues other than the hotel there but honestly, the instructors were pretty knowledgeable, I was well prepped and completed with zero issues. I came from flight instruction and a corporate jet job, and if my happy knuckledragging butt got through it with zero retrains, then what's the problem?
Are you complaining for complainings sake? And you're the genius who just bailed on a regional and haven't been here a year... telling you right now sport that doesn't look good on an application.

For the new guys looking to work for compass remember that the AA contract with compass expires at the end of 2019 and It looks that AA wants those 20 E175 back at envoy ,so just do your homework before you decide which regional you want to work for

As for the training department, I would like to hear if he's comparing it to the one he's entered into. Because without knowing what another one looks like you can't compare it. So maybe when this individual was at Compass with no comparison he thought it was good, but when compared to his new airline, there are things we could improve on. We should be open to hearing what he has to say. Maybe we can make it better.

You mean ENVOY wants them back. AAG owns them and not envoy, and decisions are made by AAG and not Envoy.
Saying Envoy wants these planes is like saying so does Skywest and every other regional. AAG will do whats best for its shareholders Im sure. Question is, who is cheaper? Short Answer, Compass is.
Sick and tired of you Envoy cheerleaders.
For real though, in 2019, do you hinestly think Envoy, or any regional for that matter will be able to staff MORE flying? Doubt it....
Its certainly possibly AAG doesnt extend the contract. But at what cost? Thats a huge expense to just put envoy pilots in those 20 airplanes... just my .02.
