I heard the same thing from another buddy who talked to them at a job fair. He was a flight instructor and since he doesn't know much about the airlines started asking me about it. This reeks of the same BS and the guaranteed interview with Delta that was promised when I was hired. It was even on the website then.

Well Ascension seems to be working now (at least on my end, your results may vary) but does anybody know how it actually works? If I can't get my 1st request does it immediately go to the second request? Does it try to choose the next choice within that request? If I'm trying to get two weeks off in a row is that two choice in the same requests? or two different requests with two different choices?
I've read the document they put out months ago and it doesn't clarify anything.

Mine is still not working. I can sign in, but nothing is setup.

Once you are logged in, click "Submit Choices" under the vacation header, then on the left side of the screen click on "Submit Your Bid." That worked for me and I entered my bids, my question is where do I go to actually see how much vacation I have for 2018?

Same here - but be careful! If I select week #10, it's giving me week #9. So, just select one week higher than you want and it seems to be returning what you actually want. Glitchy system....

Glitchy system... No TSH would never go for the lowest bidder

As far as the bid... I think/hope I have this figured out.... so each request # functions like a layer would in PBS. And within each request number you click "new" to build your bid for that request. What throws me off is what is meant by "choice" 1.. 2.. within each request block. I kinda just ignored the confusion and assume its just how you build each bid.
So if say 4th of July is your vacation bid and you had 2 weeks to bid, you might have:
(bid/layer 1) Request 1
Choice 1.... late June*** to early July***
Choice 2..... early July*** to mid July***
(bid/layer 2) Request 2
Choice 1.... early July*** to mid July***
Choice 2...... mid July*** to late July***
I hope that makes sense, that's how I am interpreting the "request vs. choice" language.
