Go to TEB. They may toss you a vector or two due to your speed, but shouldn't be too bad.
Heads up on the ILS 6. You MUST cross DANDY int at 1500ft. It's a mandatory alt on th approach. Also carefully review the dept procedures.
Any FBO there will be suitable for you.
Enjoy the city! Bring your parka, gonna be chilly.

The Marriott by TEB is nice. Has a decent restaurant in house and cabs or UBER are plentiful if you want to get out and enjoy some of the scenery or off site eats. The hotel has a list of restaurants and recs close by. I believe all of the FBO's will give you a ride to and from the hotel to the airport.

Another thought is going into Morristown instead. Everything should be cheaper except for the bus commute into Mantattan which at 20 bucks round trip, is not bad. Public transportation is great from there too.

The subway system is recommended vs. Walking.
Several years ago I had the bright notion to walk from just north of Times Square to ground zero. It didn't look bad on the map, had all day so went for it. Needless to say it took a few hours, but definately got to see a lot. Used the subway back to central station. Great experience, hope you enjoy it.
