He’s not lying about anything. You’re the one being disingenuous to make your political points. They didn’t do anything, the other stuff you’re talking about are things that will happen anyways regardless of who’s in office. The policy was to let it run its course and not do anything, not try to stop it by national mandates and leadership. States were left on their own as a result all spikes happened because of the lack of national policy. That’s part of the reason why he lost. This all relates to this thread since failure of us to control this means low TSA numbers indefinitely.

People who think that the police won’t enforce these lockdowns are naive. The alternative to the officers is losing their job or worse. It takes just one politician, police chief, or sheriff who is promised influence in return for compliance to get the crackdown rolling.
“But that can’t happen in America!”
So, I predict we hit 1.5M next summer. People will be wary to spend based on the uncertainty of the next admin’s economic and tax plan.
Recovery trends are going to slow substantially.

He said the President did nothing in reaction to Corona virus. That is a lie. Leading by example is up to interpretation. Actions taken by his administration are recorded history. About half the country is apparently perfectly fine with the leadership during Covid. I went with Jo, but I still can't just ignore lies about the response to the virus.

The lack of civics education in this country is bordering on criminal. National mask mandates are NOT constitutional. I am sure the new sheriff in town will try to institute one but it will be "voluntary" unless your state wants to stop receiving federal funds. There is plenty of debate about appropriate responses to this virus. It is the right of each state to decide how to respond to it. The thought that you need a President to tell you how to act in a situation is pathetic.
My post did not contain political points, just actions that were taken by the administration. Your post and the post from Merle were political posts.
