You might be naturally immune, or you got it and had very mild symptoms and didn't notice.

You misquoted me. I said "JUST ABOUT guaranteed", nothing absolute about that at all.

But you're right, at least a few people always seem to have some natural genetic or acquired protection (including HIV). But that's probably pretty rare. And how do you know if you hold the golden ticket?

Most people who might be immune to covid more likely got exposed to another coronavirus and therefore have a similar immune response going, or had asymptomatic covid although I think when it all comes out in the wash "asymptomatic covid" will be relatively rare despite all of the hysteria.

So it would be better to say that if there's some long-term auto-immune issue you're at risk of that from the vaccine, from covid, or from whatever immune response you got that protects you from covid. Those are not identical mechanisms but they have to be pretty similar.

I think the statistics from the Diamond Princess are instructional. When they docked in Yokohama VERY early in the pandemic, there were just over 2700 aboard. Just over 700 were infected, almost half of those asymptomatically, and 13 died. After weeks on a closed off ship with minimal mitigation in place, no PPE, no separation of hot and cold zones, close quarters, common ventilation system, and an absolute petri dish environment for this bug. Those numbers tell me that random, natural immunity to this virus is much higher than many think.

USS TR was was similar, but even more infected (closer quarters than a cruise ship). Only one fatality due to the obvious age/health demographics on a deployed warship.

They obviously don't know exactly how many have natural immunity vs. asymptomatic covid. And that matters because naturaly immune cannot spread the bug to others while "asymptomatic" (more likely "low" symptomatic) might be able to, to some degree.

Also we don't know exactly how contagious it is either, it looks like you need a decent airborne inoculum (the whole 15 minutes in 24 hours thing), so just passing in a hallway most likely doesn't count... I'm talking to you triple maskers, no need to sprint to the other side of the street when you see me jogging on the sidewalk.

There is the risk with coronaviruses, that once antibodies drop below neutralizing levels, you are at risk of a more severe infection with wild type Coronaviruses. A significant number of people who died of covid had this problem.

Not according to my doctor who says once you’ve been infected you should get more exposure, and that’s exactly what he and his staff are doing.

True, antibodies will drop, but their purpose is to activate the immune system which is what protects against infection after the antibodies are gone.

These vaccines have 100's of millions of people who are long past any window for adverse events. Adverse effects from either the vaccine delivery system or the induced immune response show up within hours, days, or a couple weeks at the outside. The few adverse serious effects observed with covid vaccines have occurred within that timeline.
Really? So the why does phase 3 trial concerned about possible affects 2 years out?

https://www.nih.gov/news-events/news...ovid-19-begins

Volunteers must provide informed consent to participate in the trial. They will be asked to provide a nasopharyngeal swab and a blood sample at an initial screening visit and additional blood samples at specified time points after each vaccination and over the two years following the second vaccination. Scientists will examine blood samples in the laboratory to detect and quantify immune responses to SARS-CoV-2.
Surely the nih would know more than you and would know the affects only show up within hour, days or weeks?

Did you watch the video? It wasn’t about the swine flu killing a bunch of people or not. The point was showing how the govt and propaganda and how the govt and celebrities were saying how safe it was. Only to find out it gave a bunch of people gbs and if you watch the video, they even gave out a newer/different vaccine than the one tested and approved. How can we know that isn’t happening now?

What makes this “safe, govt approved, celebrity endorsed, propaganda/fear media pushing” vaccines any safer than those vaccines?….which apparently weren’t very safe?

It’s eerie how similar those propaganda ads were.
