Default Delta reducing widebody order?

"Delta Air Lines Inc. is reviewing its wide-body jet orders amid signs that the long-range travel market is saturated, Chief Executive Officer Ed Bastian said Wednesday."

Well that didn't take long. Here, let's go ahead and make more JV agreements and let Virgin Australia, Korean Air, KL/AF fly more of our international routes. Why do we care? We're Delta Travel Agency.

Or just maybe it's because the international travel market sucks right now and everyone is reducing orders. New widebody orders are virtually dead.

I don't think this is all that surprising. There have been rumors about reducing the A350 order to 15, for quite a while now. Potentially more more A330s...hopefully.

Lots of this going on...there is an A350 order status website out there that shows UAL an AAL orders "postponed."

Half full guys! We are now poised to destroy our competitors, the ones with shiny new 787s, 350s, 777-3s. It's a plan so secret, that only a few can fathom. Ignore those aircraft you see at every major airport in the world.

They already have better airplanes then we do. So I guess nothing changes. We continue to beat them with old stuff.

We're old school flighters.

They're ######.

Or we're just going to become A330s only. I'm okay with that. Those things are cool.

It's ok...these just need to be dusted off and have their oil changed.

I don't know what you guys are talking about. I love taxiing my old @$$ Mad Dog in JFK between a brand new A380 and a shiny 787.

The old vintage Delta paint job was by far my favorite... classy.
