Someone sent me this link with pictures - the seats (and cockpit in general) look pretty comfortable (CS100 and CS300 have a common cockpit):

The fact that most cockpit pics I’ve seen have pilots wearing Bose A20s has me concerned that the cockpit noise levels are high. Know anything about it? I was hoping for airbus noise levels in a brand new plane.

I think the top quarter will eventually be fairly senior. Its good to be king. If the trips/mix end up being as god as some think (I don't think they will but we'll see) then the top half could well go north of the bottom A.

We've already though of that. It will be SOP to take off the inboard ear and yell at each other, for great success.
