So when are we supposed to board now when company business and nonrev?

I’ve just been quietly asking the agents to go down as soon as they start boarding. So far they have all been sympathetic. For nonrev, I assume you board with the group on your ticket unless the agent tells you to go earlier.

I'd assume with your zone if first class or comfort then main 1 if you have a main cabin seat. I got a comfort plus seat as a non rev last night and it had me in the comfort plus boarding zone

IMO PS travel should board at least with Sky regardless of real "zone" and uniformed PS should pre-board. The logic of pacifying jelly pax by forcing us to board in zone only exacerbates the situation by forcing us to stand around as beacons of percieved company privlidge regardless in a chaotic boarding process of interwoven sub zonal overlapping Thermopylae gap formations that end up making us look like this almost 100% of the time anyway:

When they called Sky, it looked like a zombie apocalypse. 50 pax charged the gate. I joined them or be trampled.

I do find it annoying that on a Delta flight operated by skywest, we are S3B1 or something. So a skywest ramper hired yesterday gets a seat before you. All I can figure is I guess they pay for their own fuel and own the plane. Either way, you'd think it would be a brand thing.
Our FOM has not changed. If it's DL tail colors, you go ahead of OAL. XJT still gets priority above DL/DCI on OO metal, but I would imagine that will be a change soon since they aren't owned by us anymore.

I'd imagine it's a computer thing, but this is another reason why "the walk" is important.

I forget what non-rev priority we are on DL (I don't do it often) but I know they allow us to use S2 as well on OO metal. Not too familiar on all that stuff.

You are doing it wrong. Deadheads should not try to sneak on early.

FOM ch 13: Deadhead
• Be assigned a seat in PREM, SKY, or ZONE 1 and should board with
the assigned zone

Jumpseaters may board if the Captain is onboard
Non-revs board with their assigned zone

Our FOM procedure works great when gate agents follow company policy. I was on both the PSUP list and the upgrade list for CW. There were 3 C+ aisle or window seats left AFTER she cleared every nonrev including S3B and S4s. I gave her until 16 minutes prior to fix her "mistake" and finally asked when she would clear the rest of the list. She said I wasn't on her list. When I pointed out my name in Travelnet AND in the giant flat screen monitor, I received a C+ seat and was the last passenger to board.
When gate agents start following seat assignment policy we can discuss boarding in our assigned zone.
