Now we get to look forward to the passengers who think they are funny, and lean into the cockpit asking you guys aren't drunk are you? Usually lasts about 2 weeks.

Seemed pretty definitive. Although I've already seen one retraction (from "arrested in the cockpit" to "arrested inside the airport").
That's not a small difference. I'm no lawyer, but that could mean the difference between just losing one's license and going to real jail.
At least the mugshot didn't have a pilot shirt in it (t shirt, I think).
