Absolutely true and the RCC is a joke.

Start using the “f” word, because the rotations I’m seeing are completely awful.
Long days and short layovers.

I guess when we have a guy from the regionals running flight ops, it’s not surprising to see us being ran like the regionals.

Didn’t we have thread after thread a few years ago about wanting to be more like SW and fly 8 hours a day to work less days per month?

Fwiw... my 3 year old learned the f word today.

And I was at fault.

She kept asking what is f.

Then I told her I said duck, I said f is not a real word. She was content. Didnt say the word again.

When I heard them say “we’ve limited 320 pairings to 3 per day” it sounded wonderful. We know now, it’s awful. Why was it important to limit the 320 to 3 legs and not other fleets? Is 3 legs just the optimum number of legs for the 320? To remedy this, I’m moving in base, but a year of pain will come before that.
