I'm willing to bet, that after a few thousand posts, they are familiar with each other.

We don’t know what their ALPA gave for it so nice try. We also have people passionate and even emotional about the topic based on past experience and expectation. So far it’s been a strong debate but not “fighting” in my book.

Employing more people than you need is never done intentionally, it’s a terrible business decision. Other factors will also influence a decision to retain.

Honetly, it just seems so odd. To have an LOA, but not share any details, due to NDA? If they don’t want pilots to speculate, don’t tell them there is an agreement until you CAN share some details. Am I missing something?

I for one am glad they told us what they could. No furloughs and no significant changes. They agreed to changes related to bid divisors, reserve periods, credit caps, part-time awards or early retirement incentives. No mention of changes to scope, MMG, rigs, etc. Our VIL’s were a decent deal with 50 hours/month to stay home for three months (85 hours for one month with a week of vacation). I may eat my words when the details are released, but for now, I’m cautiously optimistic.
