That might actually be smart. Run an FO bid that brings back all affected pilots. Anything they are awarded comes with no freeze. Then run a major CA bid that creates more openings where people actually want to go. Affected pilots move into a spot they actually want but now with a freeze. They probably never even train on their initial AE award, thus saving money training capacity, and greatly reducing churn.

That's correct. As long as PSP 3 happens no one will have been on a 30 hour pay.

And just over 2 years to get back to our staffing level that was below required to fly the “little hot” summer 2019 schedule. Id expect to see another AE shortly after creating openings for new hires to start showing up on property Q1 2022.
