9E is in a credit push and a huge chunk of pilots are only getting min days off. Oh and we have started junior Manning and calling pilots on their days off. I was offered 200% to do a turn on my day off. Had to say no due to other obligations and commuting.

It’s because we couldn’t get our **** together. Not from a lack of applications. For now.

A buddy at Delta said the same thing is happening. Cold calls on days off to pick up trips.

When is the arbitrator expected to rule?

Afternoon of the second of never....

Arbitrators are afraid of doing things that result in employees in the streets with signs.

If that’s the case, the 35 RJs don’t do **** for the summer dilemma. Although, it seems like the airline is falling apart regardless. Last trip, I waited 20+ mins for ground crew each leg. 4 day trip, we weren’t ontime once due to ground crew staffing.

Common to wait 6 weeks for the arbitrator's decisions. If it's a particularly busy one that isnt putting a lot of extra time in it's more like 8 weeks.

Plus Delta and DALPA don't know what the arbitrator will decide to do to remedy the situation. If Delta is smart they'll let us order off the menu if we agree to the 35. I don't know if there's any appetite for more RJs flying. But if ALPA doesnt deal it'll look bad and the arbitrators have been known to punish a group for their boneheaded behavior.

NYC, DTW and MSP. The outstations were bad as well. Gate agents working doubles; unsure of when the staff on leave will return.
