Yeah, you're not wrong. Can you cut me a break though that we’re still shaking out the huge Covid/MOAD aberration and it will drive somewhat more junior quite soon? Also, I think the fact that the threshold was set to 78 and that most of the reserves have coverage awards on every single weekend points more to why the lines go so senior than anything else. CR could set a lower threshold, but there would be even worse reserve coverage than there is now. They are rolling thunder in February. They NEED more people!

yeah you are definitely right that everything is FUBAR right now with staffing. Also does not help that our seniority list is not even close to linear ( about the same number of people between an April 2018 and a June 2021 hire as there is between that same June 2021 hire and someone hired today)

I think you will definitely be holding a line by summer, but you are absolutely right, we need more people. Summer is gonna be a mess
