it's magnitudes different because of how delta constantly feeds NYC with new hires. Not that you won't get good progression in DTW, but the numbers in NYC you'll get are insanely better.

Insanely better to a point. At some point you start to stagnate because everyone else living in the area that’s senior to you is still there. But getting to that point is much much faster than to that percentage in DTW.

A pilot hired in mid 2017 is <20% in the NYC 737, compared to 67% in DTW 737.

Other than living in base, the juniority of NYC can't be ignored....that is, unless you are senior to me....in that case, it's terrible....bid to DTW!

What would seniority be ATL vs DTW on NB, say the 737?

Better in DTW. How much, depends.

The 73 in DTW is a bit of a weird animal seniority-wise. Because the ER category was vaporized along with the what was left of the drivable CVG73 base, the current progression for newer folks is slower than it otherwise could be, at least compared to the 320 list.

What about LAX 320 vs 737? Looks like the 73 has a lot less people. Better chance to hold a line?

reserve should be short for NYC220B, junior NYC220A is a feb 2018 hire, about 2,000 numbers from the bottom.

Are there any plans to have the A220-300 fleet fly transatlantic routes?

Almost certainly no. EB has said before he does not like NBs on TATL routes, and I just can’t imagine them doing this.

If they do transatlantic narrow bodies other than 757s I’m pretty sure they would order and use A321NEOXLRs.

like said above... While it can do it and there was SEA-IAD, it's highly unlikely unless it's a new route. I came from 220. Long skinny routes. Lots of Texas. Boston. Chicago. Etc. Those markets. I wouldn't say the trips are going to be that fun, lot of business flying. Not much regional flying or small airport flying....despite everyone thinking it's a regional jet. The seat configuration layout was designed for more premium seats. It's used on skinny business premium routes for that reason.
