It comes directly from Delta Talent Acquisition. I believe they're for the most part automated, so it could come on any day, at any time. None of mine were, but I wouldn't be surprised if some emails send these to the junk or promo folder. So be on the lookout.

For whatever it’s worth, and I could be totally wrong, but I was fortunate enough to have gone through the processes at both companies. I wouldn’t say either company communicates better or worse during, although I didn’t bother them. The process from CJO is different at both. The more time they spend answering and communicating, especially with the amount of hiring, the more constrained and sluggish the process would become. It’s a nervous wait when you don’t hear anything, I know. But everyone has to wait the same. Just part of the game and worth the patience.

Delta should do better however the other airlines are struggling with take rate and retention. They are probably trying harder! Delta is not having any issues with either problem.

not entirely true, in June Delta had interviewed just over 2400 pilots since January. Of that 2400 only about 70-75% where offered CJOs and of the CJOs only a little over 1200 made it on property.

There’s going to be a lag time, people who interviewed in May are getting Sept class dates, and DCI interviews are being metered too.

Anyone know if there’s a usual time they release class drops the week prior? Haven’t seen anything and am on vacation with spotty wifi. Definitely don’t want to miss it! Appreciate any insight.

Usually 5ish +/- days prior to the start of class. With an AE scheduled to close this week yours could be this weekend or even day one of class.

We have almost 900 pilots in the pool with a high percentage still awaiting class. Factor that in and the take rate is just fine.
