It’s going to take a newhire today a lot more than 5 years to hit 9.5-10k.

And there will be movement in left seat with growth and retirements. So it’s anyone’s guess. I highly doubt it stays the exact seniority for 4-5 more years with what is coming down the pipe. Every base has seen widebody growth and movement into the 12k+ seniority except the west coast. That’s not going to continue to be the case years down the road here. I’m sure they will stay senior but west coast widebody has obviously lagged with our Covid networking. That’s starting to come back.

Uneducated guess, but I assume 330s/787 replacing the ER in the future which would result in more true widebody slots (currently the ER does not pay the same as the 330/787/350/765)

But if you don’t mind commuting for 2 years to get it out of your system and then bidding NB, then it’s worth it.

and since the 330 has a MSP base you won’t be breaking seat lock early
That's not how it works. It doesn't matter if the base has the fleet you are trying to get off of, only that you couldn't hold it on the AE where you break the lock.

15 330’s by end of 2024 and 31 total widebodies by end of 2025. And this are not ER replacements yet. No ER’s are slotted for retirement, as of now. We are actually bringing a few back from desert this year.

I don’t see how we replace ER’s without a future 330 order. Same with -400’s whenever those go

If a new hire took the 330 in NYC, and wanted MSP. It would be a two year lock to get let’s say MSP 320/73N. Considering they stay on the B side. If the 330 was not in MSP then it would be a one year.

No idea if we are literally saying the same thing or you want to be asinine on the language/verbiage. Can you point me to the paragraph you reading, because I have never heard of this unicorn paragraph you speak of

Anyone got numbers for 3/21 class?

Also, rumor mill in Atlanta says indoc classes in June/July/Aug will be 100-130 people per class.

3/28 is one page back… I’d imagine 3/21 is behind that.

Not a rumor. Confirmed by sim IPs at the mothership.
