Agree. Early 2024 hire. Best guess is 2029 upgrade on 220 or 717. 2032 for 320. That’s all optimistic and to be the plug in least desirable aircraft or base
however- with what they did to PB days and depending on gains/losses to QOL in the next contract all those numbers and estimates could be meaningless

In my category NBB the guys on the first page play the PB game. They could all hold WBA.
No PB days means it would be more lucrative for them to sit WBA. Thats what they will do.
Then reserve goes way more junior throughout all categories.
Then senior NBB that could go to NBA could will hold off on upgrade because reserve sucks and they would rather keep their line as a B.
Same thing for NBB guys holding a line that don’t want to go WBB because it will put them on reserve and now reserve sucks.
Contract QOL gains or losses (I didn’t see “improve reserve QOL” on openers- the SLI needs for like 200 people that live in PTC are more of a priority) will change all current expectations and the current trends

Yeah, and some people thought it was gonna happen again, is my point. Acting like Delta is allergic to growing. This year will be COVID era movement to the tune of 11-12% system seniority in one year. The 200/month likely cont. into next year too.

Circumstantially, that change came right after annual financial results were finalized (and likely briefed to the C-suite). Lots of rumors of 23M7 costs causing an apoplectic response.
