Just an FYI from yesterdays 8-K

Delta Air Lines, Inc. announced the appointment of Daniel C. Janki, age 53, as the company’s Chief Financial Officer, effective July 12, 2021.

Mr. Janki’s initial annual base salary will be $650,000. In addition, Mr. Janki will receive a cash signing bonus in the amount of $1,500,000 and an initial equity award of shares of Delta’s common stock equaling $4,500,000 divided by the closing stock price on the date of grant. The initial equity award of shares will vest in three equal installments on the anniversary of Mr. Janki’s date of employment. Mr. Janki’s target award under the Delta Management Incentive Plan for 2021 will be 175% of his annual base salary, prorated for actual service for the year, and his target award opportunity under the Delta Long-Term Incentive Program for 2021 is expected to be $4,500,000. Mr. Janki will also participate in Delta’s broad-based employee retirement and welfare plans, other broad-based benefits and flight benefits program available to senior executives.

That’s an interesting point though, we’ve gone heavily to RR seemingly because we can do much of the MRO work in house. GE/CFM is more averse to that, hence going PW on the 321neo. GE isn’t an option on the 330neo, but is the most popular engine on the 787. I think the last batch of 333s went GE because of financing or something along those lines.

We don't do our work necessarily in house with the 321neo or a220 engines. It's still technically through PW, although they can decide if they want to "send it" to ATL for overhaul.

Unless you mean actual MRO for other customers in ATL, then yeah

Confirmed what we already knew.

"Domestic leisure 100% restored by June with forward-lookings above 2019 levels and yields essentially recovered"
"Long Haul International, we've had some really good progress on that. I think now that we have most of Southern Europe open for the summer vacation season, and we're expecting that more countries will open here in the next few weeks."
