Went to the interview, great headquarters and neat experience. Unfortunately, I received the "Reapply in six Months" email. Any idea what that tends to lead to or if it just puts you back in the que to hope they pull the app again?
Also, don't let it phase you. Plenty of people get the 'try again in 6 months' result and make it through on round 2. It can be a frustrating process and result, but it's still a great place to work. Sucks when it happens to you though. |

I think we all connected through the RST Delta Facebook page. We all started a group chat and just organized a time/place ourselves. It’s a great way for everyone to break the ice with each other and relax some before the big day. At that point no additional prep is going to make a difference, it’s all about getting your mind and attitude in the right place. Having a nice social distraction for a couple of hours can help with that.
Highly recommend this. |
Word on the street was “reinterview” in six months is no longer being sent and only “reapply” in six months so was uncertain if the trajectory still has optimism getting a second chance to interview?

What I can tell you is that people were getting called to interview and hired after getting the "re-apply in 12 months". If Delta is where you really want to be (or nobody else has called you), it's still definitely possible to get hired on round 2. |
Agree w jax. Reapply and tell the board what you learned in the interim.

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk @bode ; can you tell me what you’ve heard the latest delay length is between Indoc complete and starting sims on the A220? Are there A220 sims in Miami? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
Also, try to get on with another legacy in the mean time. It helps when you’re working at a competitor and then show up for the six month interview ready for business.

Anyone else interviewing 1/14?

....
I dunno, looking back at it I didn't gain much from the previous nights dinner meet up. Sitting around at Ruby Tuesdays watching everyone nervously fidget and see who is going to be the first to give in and order one singular beer :D. I gave in first.
