Just got the assessment while on mil leave. I’ll be able to take the test just fine, but was wondering is there a process for military guys trying to make an interview on mil leave? Will Delta hold it until I’m off leave or what are the options here?

After taking the assessment if you get the invite to interview they will send you an email with a number to call to schedule your interview. I had annual training for the guard during June so I talked about it with the scheduler and was able to schedule a date after I returned from AT in July. Hope this helps!

Even better, the newest (since June this year) process is to schedule your interview online. No phone call necessary. Also, to Fly4FunAA, the invite to interview could come 1-10 days after the assessment and you’ll probably have a week to schedule the interview. Back in June I was able to 3 months out without issue. I’m waiting for my second chance to take the online assessment. Do you remember how long after the mandatory wait period was over (3 months for me, not site if it was the same for you) did you get the opportunity to retest? Just trying to manage expectations. Thanks!

I took the assessment 7 months ago and got the TBNT. I have had my app up to date and still nothing.

How long after digitally accepting the CJO does the CISIVE process start? Will they contact me?

How much practice should I put in for the Delta Assessment? I’ve done tests like these before so it’s not the first time seeing this. Part of me feels like just diving straight in but also I feel like I should maybe study for a day or two. I’m currently already at one of the big 6 so I’m not coming from the regionals. Opinions?

AirlineAssessmentPrep.com is pretty cheap and close to the real thing. Practice! Just get comfortable and develop some techniques to make it easier.

From post #1616:

That's the one I did and steer everyone towards. Here's the sections from post 91. Can't practice the comm one at this site. I just recommend turning the volume up and write it down. That's the only task you can use a pen and paper. Plus you can practice each section before the rea test.

"8 sections

Spatial orientation (ndb/rmi in relation to aircraft-its timed for 3 mins)

Reaction speed (click when two shapes match each other)

Deductive logical thinking (sudoku style—which shape should be in which position on the grid)

Monitoring ability(how many dots are moving around in a circle)

Multi-tasking capability (3 tasks at once—-adding/subtracting, determining if shapes are duplicated in a row of other shapes, and a slider like the game asteroids where you avoid objects to prevent a crash)

Auditory comprehension (audio clips of clearance read backs or approach clearances and you have to choose the correct answer from 3 multiple choice options)

Complex control (use your mouse to guide your plane through a series of rotating circles)

Work-related behavior(standard personality test)"

Best of luck!

Is there a limit on how many times you can take the assesment?

I was wondering the same. Took it twice, was unsuccessful both times. Been waiting over 6 months and crickets.
