From those I've spoken to you get zero feedback. Could have been a bad score with the MMPI, not following the directions for the paperwork, or just a single thumbs down of the three in the interview room. Sometimes you just need to look back objectively and see if you threw up any red flags. I know a guy that quit his job to go do contract flying two weeks before his interview telling me he wanted some specific holidays off and didn't get it. Told me he was honest to them.
One guy in my group seemed great, but had showed up ten minutes late and wasn't in the CJO room in the end with us. Another had a very decorative non-professional mask on (those were required then). Were those the reasons? No idea, but it all is added up and scored. I even wonder if the time being social in the holding room is monitored and scored.

I wouldn't worry about not getting an offer. Just relax, smile, laugh at your mistakes, and apologize if needed. It was the most relaxed, non-threatening interview I've ever had.

Like was said above it could be a number of things. For me they didn’t give any feedback but when I look back I’m pretty sure I know exactly what I did wrong. Just go in and have some stories prepped so you are able to tailor them to whatever they are asking. Be outgoing. And they really do make you feel comfortable.

Weird, I did the old interview multiple times, and I felt generally uncomfortable during the entire day and couldn't wait for it to end Probably just me I guess.......

How does being in an international category work if you have the COVID vax exemption? For example, NYC ER?

Also, what’s your reserve callout time? Do you get something like 20 minutes to make the initial call back to scheduling?

No call back. If within your call window, it's yours. Figure it out.

There is an acknowledge button in MiCrew and if yiu don't acknowledge in some time they may call again but the one phome call amd voice-mail is sufficient.

Gotcha. How many hours is your min call out? 2? 3?

Short call is “promptly available” that is generally considered to be 2 hours under normal conditions but there isn’t a hard time. So if it normally takes 90 minutes and traffic happens so it’s 4 hours let them know your approximate arrival time. There are lots of discussions about this in multiple treads.

Long call is 12 hours.

12 hours, unless you are on short call => ASAP, generall to mean 2 hours. Not codified for a reason. You'll have more leeway in NYC or LAX due to traffic.

Also, does anybody know what the seniority of the most junior SLC Captains are? I know they have 737, 220, 320
As a new hire my goal would be to bid same airframe that I’d take first available upgrade in (prob 73 from what I’ve heard). Then just wait out till I can transfer to SLC.

I was 8/26 CJO. Expecting class date in January
If being the most junior captain on the property is your #1 objective, just bid the left seat ASAP in any aircraft the second you're eligible for it. Right seat experience is not required.

Just my .02.
