Hi everyone, quick question about USN/USMC documents from the “what to bring” email from Delta. I’m scheduled for an interview on 2/15, and gathering all documents. I’m asking for any USN/USMC flyers to verify/idiot proof me.

-Flight Personnel Designation Record- I’m familiar with the sheet in NATOPS, but do they also want copies of all designations (I.e. aircraft commander, instructor quals, etc…)?

-USN Fitness Report and Counseling Record”/”USMC Fitness Report” for ALL evaluation periods- Easy enough, bring all.

-NATOPS Evaluation Report - Do they only need the most recent?

Group Flight Summary- I’ll be honest, not certain what they want here!

Mishap/Flight Violation Record- print

Adding onto FlyMarine87 comments - I am no longer in possession of my NATOPS jacket (lost them during one of the Houston area floods). What is the procedure if I cannot provide the NATOPS Evaluation Report or the Group Flight Summary documents? Has anyone had this issue of not being able to produce the requested documents and what did you do to overcome this?

Designation Record: You only need the master sheet with the title/date for all designations. All of the Navy/USMC guys in my group brought the entire NATOPS jacket (which they took) just to be safe.

Most recent NATOPS check only.

Group Flight Summary: Not a thing for Navy/Marines. It was never asked about.

You nailed the rest. I’d recommend a solid Summary page for your flight time totals. Otherwise, good luck!

So I had my interview back on Nov 10th and got the CJO! I emailed them in advance and just explained my situation. They were super workable with everything I had and it was no issue at all. Just be in communication with them and it should be no issue.

Technical Glitch
 

When taking the assessment my multi tasking thought complete registered as a technical issue and contacted support. Anyone gone through this/ know how long AON takes to rectify the issue? Also for those keeping score, Fix it 12/16, Assessment 1/17 FWIW

Can’t answer your question, but thanks for the timeline update.

I had a similar situation. AON replied back within 24 hours and they advised I contact Delta Selection team. They sent an updated invite for AON and everything worked the second go around. Hope this helps.

Did you get to keep the original scores or do you have to do the whole assessment over?
