How long did you have to wait to get the second chance AON assessment? Next week will be 3 months for me.

I received a fix-it email on about day 95 (right after President's Day) or so. Corrected the typo and received the invite the next day. I had been updating my app with hours about once a week in the intervening 3 months. If you haven't checked out Career Takeoff, I strongly recommend it. I know it's pricey, but it definitely helped me have the right mindset going into the personality portion. If you decide to pass, my recommendation is to favor teamwork, leadership, and people (in no particular order). Good luck!

Same here, Top Tier email 1/24 and still waiting. At least we're all not alone; I have a good friend who is new hire mentoring at Delta and she said she's heard its taking longer lately so there aren't as many delays in the training process.

Hello guys,

Went through the thread but there is a lot of informations and I think having updated inputs from insider would be the best.

I am currently completing my EB2 and should be ready to apply in the next few weeks.

I am Currently 33 and a b737 captain in Europe with 7000tt and 2000 PIC on type ( JAA/FAA ATP) . I have experience in Europe, ME, and some in North America through ACMI.
Really looking to join a major but would be curious the options I could get with my experience.

Is there some examples of people being sent on WB (777/787) directly as FO?
If it is possible, can somebody tell me what is the minimum wage in that case for a JFO such as myself?

Thank you

Are you able to see if you’re app has been reviewed on airline apps? Will the status change from submitted to reviewed?

Since a lot of us are still waiting on the online assessment, anyone have any idea how to prep for the personality test? I’ve got RST for the cog games but when it comes to the personality test I’ve heard mixed things. Pay for prep, don’t prep and answer it honestly with your gut reaction, answer it the way Delta wants to hear, prioritize teamwork and leadership traits… Don’t really know what to think about it. Any advice?

I'm going to a recruiting event in March hoping that will trigger a second invite. I failed my first attempt in December.

I did the same thing. When I got to my 1 on 1 with the recruiter at the event, I asked what I could do to help get a retake at the assessment. She said, "nothing, just keep updating your app." We will see.

I just took the assessment last week. Honestly, I don't think there is any way you could possibly prep for the personality assessment. The questions are extremely random. A lot of the times both answers are good, and sometimes both answers are bad. You still have to choose one. I'd say the key is to be consistent throughout the assessment, but that's just my opinion.
