Airline interviews are a hazing process, none of it matters as long as you pass, regardless of what the retired captain interview dorks and HR people say. Just do your prep, get the job, and move on, none of it matters after that.

Jax is spot on. They are having a conversation with you. What do you want them to talk about? Hopefully it’s in regard to your 69 page application.

They asked me why I picked the degree I picked and the school I went to. A lot of it is just trying to peel back the onion. Do you get defensive about it? Can you form a logical reason on the fly? Don’t read too much into it. 75% of the interview is them determining “is this pilot someone we want to represent Delta, and if so, is this someone I want to spend 5 days on the road with?

I just got the top tier email 3 days ago. What's the current wait time on the assessment email? For people wondering, I applied on March 9th, got a fix it email on June 14th and top tier on the 15th.

I applied early Feb, fix it on Feb 27, Top Tier on 28 Feb. I am still waiting on the assessment email. I was told that I have not heard because of my availability date.

I’m also wondering whats the time frame like to get the assessment email??

I applied on 06/15
fix it email on 06/16 and I updated my app on 06/19
got the top tier 06/20.

<1800 total, 850 turbine 121 FO time.
