Should I wait until my recommendations come in from the people I emailed before I publish my application or should I publish as soon as everything is filled in?

You might get a different answer from someone else, but I published my app before I had my internal recs on file. Maybe it's better to wait, but seemed to work for me.

I'd submit now. About a year ago I had a friend I was going to put in a rec for the day after he submitted. As I got home to write it he sent me a text saying he already got the assessment invite and just finished it. Interview offer came two days later.
Your first internal rec will trigger them to pull your file and score it. High enough score and you get the top tier.

Just curious to hear what people think of my stats to chance in the interview ratio. I feel like my time is a little low but I’m still alive in the process. I’m trying to do a sanity check here.

It’s just in your head! If you got the interview invite that means they like what they see. Relax! You are what they’re looking for

It is. Congratulations. Seriously. This a lifetime opportunity due to historic norms being abandoned. And yes, you can be in your head too much. Take it as a challenge and accept it. A generation ago people had 4x the TT and thousands of hours of TPIC. That was then, this is now. Grab the brass ring, hold on tight and never look back.

If they invited you, they want you. Prep well and you’ll be fine.

Hey guys,

small question if I may, interviewed with Delta few days ago and was unsuccessful. It was my fault, my application was messed up. anyways later that day got an email from Delta and expected it to say reapply In 90 days or something like that.

Only thing it says about it that if I'm still interested my application my be considered along with all other applicants awaiting review, says nothing regarding any timeframe to reapply.

is that a new generic email they are sending or I may have a chance on getting another interview pretty soon?
