Just wanted to see everyones else's temperature on it.

I didn't feel great. Didn't do well on sudoku and the bouncing balls, but I guess I did well enough to pass.

Felt the same after both tries....Like maybe I don't know how to fly planes after all.

Passed the second try.

Forget knowing how to fly planes, the auditory session had me worried about the status of my AELS endorsement.

I’m most worried by the personality assessment. I guess we’ll know soon enough.

How have other applicants gone about logging or accounting for simulator time? Do you count it all as dual received except for the checkride portions? Also are there any portions of the app that are common "fix it" areas that I should double check really good before submitting?

I was worried most about the personality assessment. Career Takeoff covers it in their $1300 package. Highly recommend them, I doubt I would’ve even gotten past the personality part without them.

I did not log or enter any simulator time on my Delta application. As far as “fix it” topics, follow Delta Air Lines Pilot Recruiting on Facebook if you can. They consistently give advice and insights into the application and hiring process and they have addressed “fix it” topics.

I put it in as just SIM as it is assumed someone is ruining it.

Common Fix it: Putting their flight training in as one solid event vs start and stop date for each certification/ratng.

If somebody went to a place like ATP and did all of their certifications and ratings one after another in a year then could that just be one solid event?

No. It will be rejected and you'll get a fix-it delaying your progress. I did. They are to be treated as seperate events. Break each one up. They want start and stop dates of every rating. They understand there is some overlap depending how the program was ran. Delta loves their attention to detail. Lean into that.
