I had my app professionally reviewed and submitted it and an internal rec about 3 weeks ago. Does anyone have a good idea how long it’s taking to hear back right now?

You can bring as much stuff / paperwork as you want to make yourself comfortable and keep it in your briefcase just in case they ask for additional info. However…..

DO NOT turn in anything additional…ONLY the stuff they ask for, in the two piles they directed, in the order they listed.

I got the AON assessment invite in less than a month after applying. The AON assessment invite email referenced the delta virtual recruiting event I’ve done few days after I applied. The recruiter actually recommended doing such thing, such as a virtual event, or a in person event.

Does anyone have any recent timeline on class dates? How long after the “you’ve cleared pre-employment” email to hear back and what dates are currently being assigned?

I heard back in a little under a week from that email, class date was just under 2 months from my interview. YMMV.

For what it’s worth, Applied 11 Feb, received top tier email on 21 Feb, just randomly received AON link 12 Jul.

They must have been listening. Got my Top Tier email this morning.

Took the AON yesterday, got the unsuccessful email this morning. Definitely confused as I thought I did well on it. Beginning to think maybe the personality test is the main focus of the entire assessment.

Question for people who have been through this, aside from keeping your app up to date, what was the process the 2nd time around when taking the AON? Did you receive another top tier email and then the waiting game for the assessment? Or just the assessment after the said amount of time?

How does this weigh on the in person if someone is successful the 2nd attempt at the AON?

sorry to hear of the unsuccessful run at it. I just found out that I passed mine this morning. From what I’m gathering, it does appears that the personality test has significant weight .

side bar, has any other applicants been able to successfully change interview date to earlier dates? Of all the available dates. I was given my 5th choice. Not complaining but I’d like to go sooner
