Question for people who have been through this, aside from keeping your app up to date, what was the process the 2nd time around when taking the AON? Did you receive another top tier email and then the waiting game for the assessment? Or just the assessment after the said amount of time?

How does this weigh on the in person if someone is successful the 2nd attempt at the AON?

Thanks in advance

Been there, done that, got the CJO. I agree with you about the personality portion. I prepared for the cog events and felt that I did well. I had also passed personality tests for UPS, AA, and UAL so I didn't think I'd have an issue with that portion. Who knows.

I received another full set of emails. Top Tier, AON is inbound, and AON link. My emails arrived immediately following my holding pattern on 3 subsequent days. I did talk to Delta at recruiting events at every opportunity.

Don't forget to update the Addendum question regarding if you've previously tested or interviewed with Delta.

Thanks for the info. So they should all come almost immediately after your 3 months?

Also, did you do anything to prepare for the personality part the 2nd time around?

Does anyone have any recent timeline on class dates? How long after the “you’ve cleared pre-employment” email to hear back and what dates are currently being assigned?

2 weeks to clear your background and then class date 4 weeks out from then. Looks like 6 week wait from getting CJO

sorry to hear of the unsuccessful run at it. I just found out that I passed mine this morning. From what I’m gathering, it does appears that the personality test has significant weight .

side bar, has any other applicants been able to successfully change interview date to earlier dates? Of all the available dates. I was given my 5th choice. Not complaining but I’d like to go sooner

I just got done taking the assessment. Is it normal to feel that I did horrible on some things😅.

It’s normal to not have any clue how you did or have any feeling one way or another.

Let us know how you make out! As you saw, I thought I did well but was put into the "holding pattern". we will see how long I need to wait for opportunity #2.

I thought I bombed it. But I got my interview scheduled a couple days ago.

Does anyone know the process if you aren’t successful at the interview? What’s is the process? When do they bring you back? Do you have to take the Aon again?
