Wow. A top tier candidate is now 800 hours of turbine? Thank you for the information. I thought maybe the inexperienced hiring was just a SWA deal but apparently not.

It has changed drastically. I got my top tier at 505 SIC so he should be more than qualified to get a top tier. The big deal is having the airline apps formatted properly.

Apologies if this has been asked recently, but can you still call the pilot recruiting number and request to be on “standby” for an earlier interview date in case somebody has to reschedule or no-shows?

I live locally (ATL) and most of October is free so even a last minute availability wouldn’t be a problem.

I believe you absolutely can, but I’ll let a recent interviewee weigh in.

they won’t put you on standby but you can call as often as you want and ask if they have anything earlier available

I received the Top Tier email on August 2nd. Any insight on when the AON would come?

Assessment invites are going out for late June/early July, so you're probably about a month out.

What's the current wait time looking like from CJO to class date?

Folks with CJOs from the first week of August just got 10/24 & 11/7 class dates, so 10-ish weeks.

I have a 1 Aug TT email.
A small sampling of the recent posts that have reported an AON invite show an average of 84 days between a TT notification and an AON invite which yields an expected date around 24 October. All subject to change with little of no notice.
